Tier 1/2 Service Desk Analyst
Salary: 25-30k dependant on experience. Other benefits included
We are looking for an energetic and focused Tier 1/2 service desk analyst to join our team to deliver support to our clients on a daily basis.
You will be responsible for:
- Offering technical support to clients
- Working with the team to resolve complex cases
- Assist with the proactive maintenance of customer IT infrastructure and endpoints.
This role is currently home based but this may change dependant on the pandemic status. We will provide you with all the technology to do this role remotely.
You will need experience with the following:
- Microsoft 365 Administration & Troubleshooting
- Microsoft Azure fundamental understanding
- Working knowledge of Apple & Windows operating systems
- Working knowldge of Windows Server & Active Directory administration & troubleshooting
- Good understanding of TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting
- Experience working with deployment technologies such as SCCM and Intune are advantageous
